Q: can this pump be run continuously for 6 or seven hours. psi is around 75 is that correct? suitable for engine requiring 2 gallon per min

In my application this pump is running continuously. However, I don't run at this pressure, my app is simply water circulation to cool a motor. And I'm not sure if this pump can generate this amount of pressure.

Q: What is the smallest battry size to operate this pump?

It draws around 500mA. It just depends how long you need to run it. You should expect 1 hour with a 12V 500mA battery

Q: 1. Can it be used in either submersed or non-submersed conditions? 2. What is the maximum negative pressure head in non submersed condition ?

It will not work unless it is submerged and the second part of the question i have no idea.

Q: Will this pump work with a 24v system?

This is a 12 volt pump. Running it at 24 volts would most likely damage the windings. Search for a 24V brushless pump like a DC40-2470 should get you close.
