It is really flimsy and wobbly even after using my work tools to tighten. The reason for the wobble is that it does not come with a washer to use with the nut to tighten the base. In addition, the rubber strip that attaches to the base is a joke because it easily falls off with nothing to hold it in place. No reason that can't be fastened with glue at the factory. Also, the plastic cap that snaps to the base after filled is too small as to not be able to snap into place. Because it is Friday and I need for a display this weekend, I am stuck having to go and buy repair parts just to make this stand work as advertised.

This is not very sturdy. Even after adding water to the base, the stand still juggles around. The plastic sheet to cover whatever goes in the frame came with a big razor slash across it-unfortunately I don’t have time to return and get a new one before I need to use this-and getting replacement plastic for the larger size is proving to be a tough search. The protective rubber gasket for the bottom wasn’t long enough to wrap around the entire base and it doesn’t stay attached to the unit if you need to move it around-so that feature is pretty much useless. Also, the weighted based isn’t fastened to the rest of the unit, so if you move it, you need to remember to take the base along too! I only need this for a four hour function, so it being cheap and flimsy won’t impact me very much-but I doubt I could get multiple uses out of it before it toppled over or just came apart. I wouldn’t recommend purchasing this item.

I needed sign holders and these are great, simple and nice and clean looking. Easy to put together and if need be you can fill the bottom with sand or water to make them heavier. Good product for the money!
