I love Garden of Life products. They are high quality, organic and Non GMO. They are low heat treated which ensures you that everything is alive and doing what it needs to do. This is the only gummy that I will take. They are sweetened with fruit pectin which is better than anything else, in my opinion. I take these every night along with my Vitamin D3 from this same brand. I no longer have leg and feet cramps. I highly recommend this product and this company.

One of the better gummy vitamins on the market. They have a pleasant smell to them, but they are a bit more dense to chew than a more sugary ‘candy’ like gummy.

I’ve tried multiple different Magnesium supplements over the last few years with various results but never anything really life changing. I suffer from chronic insomnia and even if I fall asleep, I wake up throughout the night. UNTIL NOW. These magnesium gummies are amazing and LEGIT. They WORK. For the first time I sleep through the entire night. No tossing and turning and staring at the ceiling. A sleep a FULL NIGHT through. Life changing for me.The only negatives I can write are they are very dense gummies and do stick to your teeth. the peach flavor is fine but not super yummy like candy so don’t expect that. It’s totally fine tasting though.Bottom line these are the best magnesium supplements I’ve taken that actually really work for me.

These peach gummies are SO GOOD that even my extremely selective 6 year old son takes them excitedly! I initially got them for him since he doesn’t have a great diet, but now me and my 12 year old daughter are also taking them. For the last few days, my son has been going to sleep easier and after I took one last night, I was knocked out within 2 hours. LOL My daughter says she has been going to sleep quickly too. I haven’t been taking these long enough to say how effective they are in all aspects but I think we’re onto something here. Seems to be a great product! I have been telling everyone about them.

*UPDATE: I increased my rating because i tried the orange Creamsicle one and they taste MUCH better than the raspberry ones.*These work very well. However they taste awful! I have the raspberry ones and I feel like I've been gagging them down because of the taste. I'm going to try one of the other flavors and hope they taste better. If they I'll upgrade my review.
