Sorry there was no instructions you can follow these steps: Fill your dropper with the Hair Envy oil blend Place 5-10 drops of oil into the palm of your hand Add your favorite conditioner & blend with oil Coat your hair with conditioner; ensuring the tips of the hair are coated & rinsed out as normal :)

Yes, I always put in hair before bed. No issues with oil on bedding during night. I do like results from this product.

Hello, you have several ways that it can be used. It depends on what you are using it for. Hair loss, hair strength, moisturizing etc. Most people use for hair loss and these are the best ways to use: Part your hair then fill your dropper top with the Hair Envy oil blend. Starting from the forehead hairline and moving towards the back of your head slowly release the oil from the dropper directly onto your scalp. Do this one to two times before you make another part in your hair and repeat the steps. From here you have a couple of options. 1.) Leave in your hair/scalp for 15 minutes then hop in the shower and use shampoo as usual. Once the shampoo is fully massaged into your scalp then you rinse it out with water and repeat with conditioner if you choose. or 2.) Put on a shower cap and leave in your hair over night. The shower cap will prevent the oil from getting on your pillow/bedding. In the morning rinse out in the shower with shampoo and/or conditioner. Once rinsed out and dried you will notice your hair is softer, shinier, and easier to style. For new hair growth we recommend you use this 3 time a week for 6 months consistently. Best results come from using it longer as Hair Envy provides vital micro nutrients directly to your scalp and hair follicles.
