Q: Can Halvah be frozen?

Good morning - The consistency of the halvah changes when it is frozen. I would also caution you against buying halvah online - my experience with the halvah I bought from Amazon was AWFUL. It was terribly oily and really tasted off. I will never do it again.

Q: Product does have expiration date on the box. How does amazon know what's the expiration date and how as a buyer I can find out?

i've purchased boxes of 36 bars numerous times from Amazon. On the box I have now I don't see an expire date. I believe Halvah has a VERY long shelf life. In all the times I've ordered from Amazon I have always received a product I thought was fresh. My box of 36 lasts me a few months and the freshness remains. Hope this helps answer your question.
