Q: Does this have a strong smell and how long does it take for it to be gone?

This finish has a very low odor. Similar to latex paint and it should be gone within a couple days. In our industry it’s considered much safer than the old oil base coatings.

Q: Does this show water stains once dried?

Water stains have to be sanded out before coating. This product is going to leave the surface with the color of the wood as unfinished.. hence the name “Invisible”

Q: Does it include the hardener?

Yes it does.. It needs the hardener to create the durability.

Q: Can this be used over oil based stains on hard wood floors?

No, as the oil will repell the first coat from soaking into the wood.
