Does this flicker when you press the intermittent on/off switch? I have an older Surefire 6P.

It does sometimes flicker when I press the non-latching tail cap switch. My tail cap switch needs a very firm press for good contact, and I'm not always getting that with my thumb. The LED does not flicker when the tail switch is twisted down in to the latched on position. I don't know if there is a way to clean the contacts on my switch or if it has to so with the way the lamp seats.

How many volts is this bulb rated

The bulb did not work in the flashlight so we cannot answer this.

Can you use with rechargeable batteries?

I can't think of any reason why not -- As long as it's the original voltage for the unit/light.

Will this fit a surefire g2z xenon combat light nitrolon tactical flashlight? still has original p60 bulb non operational after trying new batteries.

I do not think so. I thought this wouls fit my surfire 6p and 9n as advertised but did not fit. Called surefire and confirmed. You have to buy the surefire head if the original has a halogen bulb to replace with the led version
