I've been using it for armwrestling cupping strength and it is perfect. Solid build never gonna break. Doesn't squeak or feel rough when it rotates. Grip texture could be more rough imo but with dry hands or chalk it's fine.

For the price this thing is an absolute steal.It feels really well made, rotates easily, and gives you everything you need to train your grip. The handle is knurled and pretty thick so your grip will be challenged enough to strengthen it!I'd definitely recommend this

Great, comfortable grip! I use them oblique wood choppers and they give me the best grip for that exercise, one that because they’re so wide, prevent me from pulling with my arms, allowing the pull to come from my torso. Kind of expensive, but definitely worth the money. I’m sure there are other exercises where they are equally “handy” but I haven’t tried them on anything else yet. The width of the ring prevent my wrists from getting scratched as I pull. Highly recommend for exercise where the strength of your hand grip does not play a major role.

Very comparable to the famous Iron mind rolling thunder. Dubyagrip on YouTube did a review on the Iron mind handle vs the Amazon . That review basically said buy this if you Not going to try to break a record on a specific lift which the Iron Mind Rolling Thunder uses for that. For your everyday guy training for arm wrestling, grip strength or just want to add a new to to your arsenal in your workouts. Then you should buy this for $28 instead of the Iron Mind at $150. Just by a heavy duty carbiner for it.

Excellent for wrist curls

Excellent quality roller, but the knurling is a little soft. Rolls freely, welds look good, a little pricey for what it is but not many people make arm wrestling equipment to begin with.If you have ever felt a brand-new barbell or a captains of crush grip trainer, this is much "softer" than that.I'm not going to fault it for that, because the softer knurling makes you grip the roller harder in-turn growing your grip and forearms more, but don't expect this roller to feel like true knurling.

I cannot recommend this item enough. It is, basically, a very simple handle, but it is built like a tank and does its job very well. I see no reason why this item shouldn't be a one time purchase that would last your lifetime. This company makes a smaller diameter version of this handle if your hands are smaller (This review is for the larger diameter handle), but if your hand is large enough, I HIGHLY recommend that you purchase and use this larger size handle. Using a larger diameter handle forces you to intensify your grip which has the added benefits of exercising your forearms and, therefore, increasing your overall grip strength. Whenever possible, I recommend that you use larger diameter grip conversion items which are available cheaply on Amazon. Anyway, I will absolutely be purchasing more of these larger diameter handles to convert all of my other pieces of equipment exercise equipment that are applicable.
