They are a good strength
These tablets are a good strength so I'm assuming that they will work. I absolutely hate the taste and gag every time but hey it will be worth it !

These pills are actually having a positive impact on my overall concentration power.I can think more clearly when I take them with my breakfast.When you stop taking them,you actually realise that they make quite a bit of difference.Definitely recommend

Fantastic vitamins
Easy to swallow, work pretty much straight away. Noticeable difference in my skin tone, hair and nails much stronger. Quick delivery and cheaper than the vitamin website i used to use.

Energy and Hair
I mostly got these because I was hoping they would make my hair thicker and longer. I know those sort of results will only show with time but so far so good! My hair is much shinier and even seems thicker!?! My energy levels are great too, getting up at 7am doesn't feel as hard as it used to and I'm able to maintain that energy throughout the day. Will definatley be reordering when I run out

Causes severe anxiety
These didn’t do nothing but cause the biggest anxiety attacks iv ever had , didn’t put two and two togeather at first what was causing it but only after a few hours of taking these had racing heart jaw stiff and nervousness, was taking them a week just didn’t click it was these , once I did I stopped and the anxiety stopped google the effects of b complex before taking these not for me
