Got leaflet here pretty easy to use 30 mins but remember if hair long yourll need two box's once time is over, for colour wash till water runs clear. Apply conditioner leave on for ,2/3 mins rinse and style , I like to leave mine to dry natural once towel dried ,hope this helps you out

I would imagine so, I had brunette hair before and it made a real difference so can imagine if you have light hair this will work well! Just have a look in the box when it arrives regarding how long to leave for as it is different depending on your hair colour
