I have extremely sensitive skin when it comes to my piercings, and if I don’t get real hypoallergenic jewelry I’ll get hives within a few hours. I was so pleasantly surprised with these. I’ve had mine in for a few days now and I’ve had no irritation at all! They’re very comfortable and easy to insert and remove. They have a little ball at the end that keeps them from falling out. You get different sized pieces with different thickness and they all stay in pretty well. I love being able to swap them out for work and outings

They look good and the quality is great

I have purchased these 4 times. They’re the only studs that I don’t lose daily. They’re a thicker gauge so they don’t come out as easily. They cut is sooooo pretty. I wish you could purchase in a bigger pack. I also wish they would sell only the square cut as a pack too, as I prefer the square cut but I wear either.

I have literally lost a small fortune and nose piercing studs simply because they fall right out in the shower, in bed ,going about my day, whatever. I’ve tried every kind~ The L ones, curly ones~ I’ve tried all of them and I’ve lost all of them. This type, with the ball at the end is the only ones I can wear that stay in and I don’t lose them.I’m extremely impressed with the quality. Beautiful shine to gems & love the different sizes of the gems. Best part as I’ve stated,is the ball end! No more throwing away $ because I’d always lose them first day💯

maybe they will work for you ,but do not stay in my nose piercing so sad not 18 gauge!!
