This product is fantastic. Simple
This product is fantastic. Simple, well-made, easy to use. VERY concealable. VERY comfortable. For its application of deep concealment, it is ideal for when you need to dress up a bit, but cannot risk printing. I work in an office setting, standard business wear everyday - even with my slightly too tight tailored dress pants, this holster does not print much -- and if it does, who's going to comment on a slight bulge behind your zipper? For the restroom: it's possible to shift it to the side while using a urinal. In the stall, it stays at your waist, unlike belt holsters that will go to the ground and possibly be seen, or having to take your weapon out to place on the TP rack or door hanger - also with the risk of leaving it behind or it falling to the floor and seen. It is a different style of carry, but once you get used to it, you'll love it.

Could be so much better with better materials for the strap
I really like the idea of this form of carry for casual clothes, eg shorts and t-shirt in the summer. I don't always want to mess with a belt and undershirt for IWB.The pouch/front is made from nice materials. Unfortunately, the velcro strap is stiff, scratchy, and uncomfortable just like other SmartCarry knock-offs I've seen (I have an old NRA-branded one with the same issue).Another thing to be aware of with the sizing, this won't fully cover even the smallest of guns. I tried it out with a Sig P238 (doesn't get much smaller than that), and the back panel doesn't fully cover the hammer and back of the frame, so those metal parts are pressing into your skin. So I'd recommend sizing up from manufacturer recommendations if you want more comfort (or "deep" concealment).I could wear this with an undershirt to compensate for the comfort issues, but that defeats the whole purpose for me. I guess I'll return it and try an actual SmartCarry holster to see if they're made any better.

Still comfortable & has held up very well
Very comfortable, and when worn correctly you'll forget you're wearing it.Update: I've been wearing this holster for over a year now and it's held up very well. The elastic has stretched a little, but there's plenty of adjustment to compensate. I originally bought it to use with a DB9 and it wore comfortably for months, I've recently upgraded to a Kahr PM40 and it also fits perfectly. It's still very comfortable as long as I don't tighten the belt too tight, a little loose and it rides perfectly. It's comfortable for all day wear, sitting, standing, walking, driving, or taking a leak, I often forget I'm wearing it. If the belt is too tight it quickly becomes uncomfortable and makes it difficult to relieve myself through my zipper. I wear it all day and if I have to remove my pistol to go somewhere I can't carry, it's very easy to draw and CAREFULLY re-holster without dropping my pants..If deep concealment is a requirement then this holster is the answer.

Great quality, but NOT for slim people. Returning mine.
I own similar holsters from Smart Carry and Thunderwear. This holster is as good or better than both of them, at half the price. Unfortunately, the belt is FAR too big for me, and I must regretfully return it. (The competition does offer their products in sizes for slim people.)It's worth noting that the small version of this does fit small 9mm pistols extremely well. It's a great fit for my Sig P365 and Kahr PM9. If you order the Medium for these small 9s as recommended by the manufacturer, I recommend using a safety pin at the bottom of the pistol pocket to shorten it. The Small works perfectly without a safety pin while fulling covering the trigger guard.

Good but could be a LOT better.
As was previously mentioned by someone else the length of the belt is quite long and there’s a lot of overlap that tends to get bound up and the Velcro gave out at about a year so. Overall, Other than the lousy Velcro it’s fairly comfortable and the rest of it seems pretty well-made

Ultimate *deep concealment* when accessibility isn't number one priority
Perfect for my Ruger LCP in *any* attire! Gym shorts, dress pants, jeans- this holster does the trick. Now, obviously it is deep concealment- you're not getting to it fast. But where you can "afford" to compromise some accessibility when concealment is the utmost priority, these can't be beat.A couple of minor issues- pelvic mound sweat does seep through into finish of the gun. I wipe down and oil nightly to mitigate this. Also- Parmesan funk after a few days wear. I hand wash with Dial in the shower and Febreeze it between washings to sort that out. I did get some ingrown hairs on my mound from the friction but that was just because I wasn't used to something running around down there all day (it's not uncomfortable when on, just foreign until you adapt).
