I've tried other dietary supplements, with mixed and often no results. I was skeptical about this too, but the reviews and the price made me decide I had nothing to lose.After two weeks of use, I already feel better, have more energy than normal (i've stopped napping in the afternoon), and use that energy to work out. I'm surprised at how well this product has worked, I haven't noticed a massive drop, but that's only because I have been using it for a couple of weeks. What I have noticed IS a drop in weight though, rather than the scales going the other way up!It seems to work well as an appetite suppressant as well as an energy booster, which means you feel more active and then exercise more. This in turn helps you lose weight with a balanced diet. I've actively refused to exercise before, with other supplements, mainly because I suffer from fatigue. Pretty sure it's the caffeine in these capsules that help me keep energised.I take two pills a day. One 30 minutes before exercising, then eating a balanced breakfast. A second capsule is consumed, again 30 minutes before, I exercise in the afternoon with a balanced lunch. So far it's worked well for the short time I have used it, and I can safely say I have felt zero side effects that others may have experienced. No headaches, no nausea, no fatigue. Just energy, and the will to improve my body.I bought 1 months of capsules, but using two a day will obviously reduce that supply to less than a month. I'm so surprised at the results, that I've recommended it to my mother, who is also interested in losing a few pounds.

I have tried a few fat burners, with no results. I bumped in to the Xplosion T6 fat burners by chance and ended up reading the reviews, which in return got me really excited about the product and I ended up ordering a pack.I have not even used the product for 1 month yet (one pill every morning 30 mins before working out or with breakfast on an off day), and the results are amazing me! My problem area of stubborn fat has been around my mid section, and nothing had seemed to work on it, but after nearly a month of incorporating the T6 supplement in to my work out regime, my midsection is just 'melting' away! My muscles all over my body are becoming more visible and pronounced too which is great!! Just remember, you will most likely have to be working out for these to work, your fat is not just going to disappear; it's the combination of this supplement and working out that will give you amazing results!The energy kick you get is ridiculous! I can push myself so much more in the gym now, doing cardio I'm able to go faster and for a longer period of time and with weights I can increase weights much easier and also do more reps than before.All the other fat burning supplements I've tried has caused side effects like headaches, major energy crashes & and an upset stomach. NONE of these are side effects of T6 which after seeing a couple reviews saying the same, I've been ecstatic to discover myself!

Work well and I’m very pleased with them. This was my 3rd purchase from this supplier and noticed there is always 1 or 2 capsules missing

I very much needed the advertised boost in energy levels and suppressed appetite however, within 15 minutes of taking one capsule my whole body was tingling! I have mild anxiety and thought due to other reviews, this may not be like previous fat burners I have taken before. I subsequently rode my bike and I didn’t feel the boost in my ride however, I most certainly perpetrated a lot more.. (Probably due to the anxiety). As for the appetite suppressant I am still having hunger pangs and my brain is telling me to reach for the chocolate, so that unfortunately isn’t even worth the anxiety. I would not recommend in all honesty, but that’s just for my personal reasons - everyone’s different!

I have been taking these pills for nearly a month now. Taking them to help with weight loss and exercise. They do give you more energy which is good. Initially hey helped suprpess my hunger but now they dont. maybe my body has got used to taking them. I only take 1 a day in the morning and it doesnt impact my sleep. If i take another one or take it later in teh day i cant sleep at night. One thing though, on the packet it says if you write review you get a free packet. I have yet to receieve my free packet although i wrote my review on the products webpage several weeks ago. Not happy about that!
