Increase milk supply quickly!
I bought this because I have only been able to pump enough to supply my 6 month old while I’m away at work- on the verge of running out almost daily, frustrated with myself for not being able to keep up. I’m not against giving him formula, but want to give him the absolute best source of nutrition, tailored to him. Within 24 hours, I’ve already seen an increase over just 2 pumping sessions. Before, I would pump 3-4 ounces while at work, this morning I pumped 5. I got home 4 hours later and pumped 7 ounces! I’m so happy and have relieved anxiety about running low.The only con I’ve found so far, as many others, is the taste. This is disgusting. 🤢 I took one tablespoon mixed with a shot of orange juice and chased it with more juice, bearable, but not enjoyable. I’m currently making lactation bites with oats and peanut butter, flax and chia seed. Hopefully that will cover the taste. Despite that, I’ll continue to use this product so I can build my freezer stash.

Most Delicious
I really enjoy the smooth flavor of this Brewers Yeast. It's a bit pricy, but the flavor is there. Not too strong or bitter. Used to control my insulin levels. I use it like cheese on my food and just add it to chicken broth which makes a delicious creamy soup. Love it!

Easy to add to recipes
I bought this product to add more nutrients to smoothies and cookies as I was told it is helpful for mother’s milk supply. I produce just enough for my baby and tried this out to see if it would increase my milk supply. While I don’t think using it consistently changed my milk supply I felt good know I was adding some important vitamins and minerals to my diet. It is easy to add to smoothies, baked goods, and energy bites. But I will warn you it’s very yeasty at first when used in a smoothie. It did take some getting used to. But now I actually like the flavor and add it to things everyday! I will be buying more when I run out as long as I am still nursing my baby!

I have TONS of breastmilk now
I really struggle with milk supply, so I switched to being a almost exclusive pumper for my baby and have drank a smoothie with about a tablespoon of this brewers yeast in it every day. I have three going on four very large tubs of frozen breastmilk after only a month of drinking this smoothie. And that’s just on top of the milk I’m able to feed my baby throughout the day. My milk quality is also really great, very fatty and filling. My one recommendation would be to make your smoothie very flavorful to counteract the taste—brewer’s yeast is bitter. But with cocoa powder, peanut butter, protein powder, banana etc. I can overpower the bitter taste with ease.It also works great in baking 👍 Again, just make sure you have enough to overpower the bitter taste. Would strongly recommend to mama’s afraid of losing their supply. ❤️

Using for inducing lactation but it’s already proving to be a great health supplement!
I was worried because I’d heard these kind of things can taste bitter and gross. However, this tastes great! It took a couple samples to adjust to having that much yeast flavor in my mouth (if you’ve never eaten straight up yeast, you may need to brace yourself for the first taste) but it didn’t taste bitter AT ALL. I’m taking it as a health supplement as well as trying to induce lactation. I add it to oatmeal and it just makes it taste and feel like a bread pudding or something which is fine. I can add it to smoothies and barely taste it. It’s definitely best in meals that involve cheese, meats, bread, beans and/or sauces. But to be perfectly honest, I can easily pour a scoop of this into my mouth, chew a little and swallow! It’s not a flavor I crave but it doesn’t taste bad at all. Definitely, definitely recommend!Just after a week of taking my skin seems to be clearing up, I have more energy, and while this wasn’t ever an issue for me it’s kept me super regular as a bonus. Can’t speak for its performance as a galactagogue yet but I’m optimistic!Definitely add this to your diet if you’d like an extra boost of vitamins and nutrients!

This definitely increase my milk supply!!!
I was struggling with feeding my four month old daughter as my milk decreased ever since I went back to work. I researched and tried everything I could to get my milk back up. I've been taking two tablespoons of this brewer's yeast a day in combination with mother's milk tea and eating oatmeal daily I don't know if it's a combination of all three but my supply has gone way up in just a week. I had tried just the tea at first without noticing any results so I truly believe this is what boosted my milk. Now I'm not going to lie The Taste is absolutely disgusting but you get used to it. I read people add it to their oatmeal and I tried that the first day and had to throw it away! The way I found that works best for me is just to get it over with. I don't know why you would want to draw out eating this stuff. I add 2 tablespoons to a small glass of orange juice maybe half of a cup Stir It Up really well hold my breath and just down it. The I have another glass of juice to swish around in my mouth and swallow quick afterwards to get the flavor out. The aftertaste is pretty bad but drinking a little orange juice right after gets rid of that. And honestly after a week of drinking it I'm kind of getting used to it. I've heard people sprinkle it on popcorn I have not tried that yet I think my way is working great.

Not the tastiest
It does the job, but is definitely bitter and salty in anything you put it in. I recommend it cold in chocolate milk or baked in lactation muffins. Otherwise you might have trouble downing it. I did see a difference in my milk production.
