good entry level option
wasn't sure if I wanted to get into archery - so purchased this inexpensive set. Purposely purchased a lower draw weight (25lb) for kids and the wife. Will probably upgrade in the future to something a bit more robust as I get further into this hobby. Overall a good choicePros: price, wide range of parts and accessoriesCons: like most offshore products, documentation could be improved

We came back from vacay where my 11 yr old did archery. He likes this set and uses it weekly. Good quality! Not a toy so be careful.

My husband picked us out for a seven-year-old boy birthday
Well, being a grandma, I was seven year old. I really was concerned about giving him this amazing bow and arrow. I was more into getting the little kitty one. Let me tell you what my seven-year-old grandson picked up that bow and arrows and hit a target four times in a row and the target was a long way away. He loves it says his daddy.

This kit is very complete. I have many bows, all of which are 40 lb draw and up. I needed a 20 lb draw to use while recovering from army injury. However, I discovered that this kit would have made a perfect start-up back when I was a beginner. If you are a beginner be sure to learn how to set up a bow via tutorials available on line. There was no manual with it to cover the basics. Still I rate it highly because of all the accessories and the quality of the bow itself. Watch videos on how to twist the bowstring and learn why that is important.
