I saw so many positive reviews from Koreans that I purchased it . I have very very sensative skin and this product didn’t make my face burn or give me a rash. Is it so refreshing and hydrating and removes soooooo much dirt from my skin. I’ve been using it for over a month now day and night and I’m not even half way done with the bottle

This comes in a nice outer product box. It is made in Korea. Ingredients are in English.The bottle is a plastic bottle. It had a tamper resistant seal on it.This has no alcohol, no added fragrance, and no essential oils in it.Like most toners, this is very thin like water. It feels really moisturizing when applied to the skin. On my dry skin, it sinked in immediately without leaving any kind of residue or tacky feeling. But, it left my skin feeling soft and moisturized. Some toners I can apply and they sink in immediately and then it feels as if I didn’t apply anything at all. Some can feel too heavy in the skin. And some are a nice middle ground where they don’t feel like anything on the skin but leave my skin feeling hydrated - this fits nicely into that middle ground. It worked well with the rest of my skin care. I also put some of this in a spray bottle and used it as a spray toner and something to freshen the face before and after makeup. It worked really well for that as well. It didn’t mess up my makeup at all. If I had a full face of makeup and my skin looked or felt dry, and little spray of this and it freshened my skin right up!This claims to be be formulated with ingredients to deliver rich hydration into deep skin layers to keep skin plump and radiant, be enriched with panthenol and allantoin to soothe skin, and give mild exfoliation with PHA to smooth skin and remove excess sebum. I would agree with those claims. I was happy to see the 7th ingredient is panthenol and 8th ingredient is allantoin, so they’re higher up on the ingredient list. But, I would’ve liked to see them higher, like one of the first 5 ingredients. Gluconolactone is the PHA in this and it is the 10th ingredient. Since it claimed the PHA provided mild exfoliation, I feel like the 10th ingredient isn’t a bad spot for it. This also has the moisturizing complex Aquaxyl (made up of Xylitylglucoside, Anhydroxylitol, and Xylitol). It is a moisturizer that optimizes water reserves by increasing natural moisturizing factors in the skin and also limits water loss by improving skin barrier with increased lipid and protein synthesis. There’s also quite a few different forms of hyaluronic acid in this.I do feel like this soothed my skin. I get a lot of redness from inflammation in my face. This really helped tone that down and keep it at bay. It also helped smooth my skin out from my dry skin. The mild exfoliation removed the dry skin and left nice, smooth skin behind.I do think this is pricey. But, you get a decent amount. It’s made up of good ingredients. It works well. But, I have other K-beauty toners I love that work just as well for my skin and don’t cost as much. But, I don’t like rating based on price since we all differ in what we find affordable/expensive and what’s worth it/not. This lived up to its claims of providing rich hydration, soothing the skin, and leaving skin nice and smooth. I think it’s a great combination of hydration and soothing with just enough mild exfoliation.
