This is a great piece of kit for the price. It does however require a little work to set up. First thing is that it needs to be secured. I used an offcut of an old kitchen work top. You do need to use washers and lock nuts on the mecanism but this is an easy task - see the other reviews here for advice. I spent about 40 minutes on set up and it is working really well. I am using it for cutting 1mm Copper and Silver plate and it gives clean straight cuts with no burrs. I am really pleased for for about 40 quid and 40 minutes work I have an efficent and effective shear. The cuts are excellent and far better than I ever got with hand tools - highly recomended if you are prepared to spend a bit of time on set up.

The big downer for me was the fact that there was no documents supplied. The only way of putting it together was the picture on the outside packaging - which is of course festooned with mailing labels which obscure the details.And no hex spanner for adjusting the machine? Have the fairies been grabbing those bits on its passage to me?I am also hot impressed that the nuts and bolts have no washers, locking or otherwise. Given that this device relies upon bolted together components this feels like a serious, and possibly dangerous oversight. Probably caused by a penny pinching mentality. Like it costs big bucks to provide a workable machine?

Die Schere kommt ohne Aufbau Anleitung.Der Aufbau fällt mir als Handwerker zwar leicht, jedoch sollte wenigstens was grobes dabei sein.Für diese Preisklasse habe ich nicht viel erwartet und bin soweit zufrieden.
