TLM5 initial review.
Opened my TLM5 today for an upcoming trip. Perfect! Met my expectation. This is the medium brim sized hat. I can’t say I would want any wider. Note on the fit. I went to the Tilley website after measuring my melon. I ordered exact size per the measurement. Fit is on target. I have seen reviews that say to size up. That is not what I have found. I will review again after my trip.

The hat is very nice and good quality. The only issue is the size is not adjustable.

almost every time i wear it, someone asks me what brand is it. it's a nice looking hat. it is totally crushable and returns to it's good looks. if it's lost or damaged or stolen it's replaced... what more could you want??I LOVE this hat.

Shipping, packaging!!!
That hat came in that flat package! I have it stuffed with paper now to try and get the wrinkles out and reform its shape. If I can’t, I’m going to send it back. Haven’t worn it yet, so can’t review it. OBTW, my current TILLEY was made in Canada. This one is made in, you know where! My bad for not noticing it in the description.

The did not look new. It had creases on the brim that were not normal basedOn other hats I have seen
