Do the tires roll on the jay Leno car set

Yes they do. The tires are made with little piece of rubber, not just a plastic wheel piece like a typical cheap $1 car. also the rims are special because they are fancier and not painted on like cheaper wheels. Hence the name "Real Riders" for the wheels
