Q: Just bought this date looks like august 2018 out of date

Just finished a tub which I’ve had for over a year. Product was fine to the end whilst kept in original packing. Avoid any dampness!

Q: Is this glaze a powder and if so how do you use it?

Yes it is a powder you sprinkle over your food and leave to marinade for at least an hour. I find if you put your food in a bag or container and cover with a table spoon of glaze and shake and leave for the hour it works best.

Q: Is this powder like the red bbq sauces that you can get from Chinese takeaweays. Is it possible to make a sauce from it or just a meat rub? Thankyou

It's more of a marinade but I have made hot and sour soup with it.Great for ribs.

It is like 5 spice, great on chops, ribs and chicken. Put a lot on and put them in the oven.
