Q: How many mg of caffeine does each serving contain?

The caffeine content will vary per serving, as it is a natural product. However we would generally advise that each 5g serving contains a similar amount of caffeine to a cup of tea.However, the combination of ingredients can be quite "energising", so we would recommend that if you are a "nutritionally sensitive" person that you introduce it into your diet gradually and take it after food to slow down the rate at which it is digested. Believe it or not we have had customers who knew they were "nutritionally sensitive", yet they decided to take a 10g serving of Green Powder on an empty stomach, after a cup of coffee and an "energy pill" and then wondered why they felt a "little jittery"!We may seem a little "direct" with this advice.....but we ask all our customers to use common sense when introducing any new foods or supplements into their diet.Customers buy Green Powder because it is very effective and extremely nutritionally dense. This is an easy to answer if they would provide values as to which vitamins and minerals it contains. The department of health have a guide on these levels called Rule 41. It would be very interesting to know.
