My personal trainer swears by these, and I can see why. I have one every morning to stay hydrated for the day ahead and another after sports to rehydrate. I used to drink sugary electrolyte drinks, but this is a much better option for overall health and well-being.The tablets dissolve in about 2-3 minutes, and the taste is great no matter how much water you mix them with. Definitely a solid choice for anyone looking to stay hydrated without the extra sugar!

I buy this quite often because it's good for when on the go. It's very practical and being effervescent very easy to use and transport. Mixes well without having to use a spoon and this one tastes really good. I would say it's effective enough as I use electrolytes for many years and increase my energy and my water intake. Generally I feel good when taking it. For the price the vitamins and nutrients are not bad.

All round very good for hydrating and getting in your electrolytes etc, bought it for those hot days where I don’t have time to go out and buy the pre made drinks. Helps a lot when you have a headache but don’t want to spend an hour chugging down water or taking a paracetamol. It dilutes within a couple minutes and there’s no grittiness or bits floating around when it’s done mixing which is a plus.Only downside is the flavour (hence the 1 less star) its not terrible but could be a bit better. Not a dealbreaker though. Still good all in all. Good value for money.

A good quality electrolyte tablet. I fill my water-bottle half way up and add a tablet. A little slow to dissolve but thats fine. As a boxer, in between circuits, its a God send. A squirt here and there really makes a difference. It tastes good in lemon and lifts that annoying mental fog and fatigue after all that sweating. No muscle cramps. Then after training I polish off the rest on the walk home. Gives a good energy boost. I highly recommend it, and works better than other brands I have tried.

The variety pack with Pineapple Mango, Berry, and Lemon flavors is a great way to keep things interesting. I get a lot of headaches and one of the things that gives me a headache is walking / cycling when it's very hot (ie clearly dehydration related). The summer of 2022 (when temperatures stayed above 30 C for several weeks) was very tough so I thought about what might help and, after looking at various rehydration products, I gave these a try. I haven't had a dehydration headache since (now there's a claim)! What's more; I noticed I didn't get the weariness I associate with getting very hot (again clearly dehydration) any more. I always drink a lot of water when I'm walking / cycling in the heat (my target is 500ml per half hour, which is quite a lot) so my problem wasn't lack of water, I believe it was loss of salts.I now put one of these tablets in my first (500ml) bottle of water when it's warm outside, and if it's hot I put another tablet in my second bottle as well... it makes my exercise / journey less weary and therefore more enjoyable (and did I mention NO headaches). The cola taste is OK (not great but not awful - although my 22 year old son preferred the berry flavour). All in all: great product, which I buy routinely now.

I got these because a medication I’m on tends to leave me dehydrated, and I wanted to try something that might help with hydration. I honestly can’t tell how much of a difference they make. I try to drink lots of other liquids too.The berry flavour is quite strong and a little artificial for my taste. I found it a bit overpowering. That said, they dissolve easily and are convenient to take on the go.If you're after a zero-sugar option with added electrolytes, these could be worth a try. But taste-wise, they might not be for everyone.As for me, I've started using the diorahydrate tablets instead because they taste better, and i feel more confident that they are working to rehydrate me.
