This is an updated review. I received another replacement for my LED neck light directly from the company. They were great to work with and listened to the concerns that I had.If you use this light on the brightest settings then it's only going to last about 8 hours after a full charge. So when I got the newest necklight I charged it up and left it on the counter. After 8 hours exactly it shut off.Using it on the lowest setting, which I use to read in bed, it will last a very long time before needing to be charged.The light is fabulous for knitting with black yarn. Even in daylight this light makes a knitting and crocheting easier. If you sit for hours to do your craft and use this light on the brightest setting, just know that you will be charging it more frequently.The 30 minute timer is great and I use it as a reminder to get up and take a break. It's also very useful to keep me from staying up too late reading. It's easy to position the lights. You can shine them away from a sleeping partner and you can also point them downward so that it's not as bright even on the lowest settings and still be able to read your books. Getting comfortable is just a matter of moving the neck light around. I can easily fall asleep with it there and not even notice it.I love this neck light and use it everyday since I got it.ORIGINAL REVIEW BEFORE REPLACEMENTI love everything about this except for the terrible battery life. It's advertised for 80 hours, but mine didn't even last 7 hours. This one is a replacement for the first one that didn't stay charged either.I received this replacement yesterday and immediately charged it to full before using last night. I used it to do crochet and then at night for about an hour of reading in bed. I used it again today maybe 2.5 hours to do crochet with black yarn and the battery is now depleated. The battery life is terrible. It is light weight and very easy to direct the light where you want it. It's not worth keeping this light when the battery keeps quickly discharging. Very disappointed

I love this book light soooo much! I will never buy another kind again! It’s comfortable, adjustable, the charge lasts a long time, and it has different brightness and light color options. It has made my reading experience so much better at night. I don’t have to clip it on my books and ruin the pages or worry about it slipping off. I highly recommend this for bed readers or couch readers. And the ability to adjust the brightness and position the lights helps it to not disturb my partner when he sleeps.

This is the most ingenious, versatile bed reading lamp I've ever had. It's lightweight, boasts of 3 different light "colors", each with 3 levels of intensity. Easy to access power switch, easy to change light color and brightness. You'll never know it's still around your neck when you fall asleep reading. Love this light, I'd definitely buy again.

Love the bright pink color! Makes it easy to find. The brightest setting is very helpful when reading. I have found it hard to focus the adjustable arms exactly where I want the light to shine.

This was a second light, purchased as a gift for my sister-in-law. I've had mine for a while and use it almost nightly while crafting when watching tv or wherever lighting isn't bright enough. It doesn't bother my husband, and it has enough light that I can clearly see my knitting or crochet stitches. I sometimes forget I have it around my neck when I get up to do things. It is very light and super easy to change the light settings. The charge lasts a long time so I don't have to charge it every time I use it. Really, this light, for me, is a sight saver and makes crafting in dimly lit places enjoyable.

This is an excellent reading light. Using it has certainly improved my comfort and reading speed. I especially enjoy reading in bed. The soft glow of the yellow light in a dark room at night, is especially good for an intimate reading experience.. I can now read without disturbing my partner. Definitely recommend!

I bought this so that I can crochet and see all my stitches, even when working with black yarn, IYKYK.It isn't bulky or heavy, better than a headlamp. The arms are positional so I can have one piinted at my work and one pointed at my pattern.I enjoy the 3 different shades of light and 3 settings for each.Holds a charge for a long time and charges quickly when it does run out.
