Good vitamins for my 13 year old. Arrived quick would buy again.

We noticed my teenager was struggling to get up when he started secondary school, this got more difficult into year 8 so we looked at supplements. My younger children take the wellfit multi vits and find them beneficial so we looked at the next stage of supplements. I must admit even my teen saw the difference and managed 100% attendance last term with no illness but more importantly he was not so groggy in the morning and ready to face a full day so I'd recommend these to anyone.

I started buying these for my two boys, aged 15 and 13, a few months ago. They have definitely made a difference. The boys are getting out of bed easier, grunting at me less, and are less tired at school. My 15 year old used to complain of falling asleep in class and he'd come home and go right to bed. Now he's doing better at school and actually graces us with his presence in the evenings. Highly recommend if you want to humanise your teen boys again!

These tablets are quite large, so make sure your son is able to swallow big tablets. Otherwise good 👍🏻

I got these for my son and he takes them every morning. ARe they doing him good - I'm not sure - he has no complaints and he's in great health so maybe. But I do feel that he is getting vitamins every day - he's getting some goodness, even if everything he eats isn't great (he never eats veg or fruit) this helps my mom guilt!

My boys moods have been very low and erratic … he’s been on one a day of this and 2Tablets a day omega 3 salmon oils for a month but noticed difference after 2 weeks then it got better and better … I’m never stopping this!!!! He’s so much happier and mentally stabler ….. before you go down the route of meds I would advice cutting a lot of sugar out of diet and buying a yakult or similar drink one a day then these tablets and omega3 tablets …. He’s been struggling for about 4 years …. But I’m finally enjoying he’s company and he feels happier as himself .. he’s 13 yrs old and I think I’ve cracked it … he still has an odd bad day day … but it’s an odd day not most days !!!! I’m so happy I tried this!!!! Give it a try anything is worth trying … hope this helps
