Enjoyable project
Very pleased with the finished result, quite a time consuming project though and benefits from some experience. I used acrylic paints, and a good toolkit is invaluable. The benefit of this scale of model is the amount of detail incorporated in it.

Fire engine revell model
1:24scale and lots of parts, so a bit challenging which i like. Recommend sorting parts into alphabetical order button far so good.

This in basis is a very good kit but care needs to be taken that the parts are assembled and painted in the right orderThe chassis, engine , gearboxes, axles etc are highly detailed but when the cab and rear compartment are fitted most of this detail can't be seen, which seems a bit daft.

Intensive kit to build
This is taking a while to build, it is a decent size to build, parts fit well, been doing it for 3 weeks and still a good bit to do

Huge kit.
This is a huge kit with many sprues. The paint call out is large so be prepared to spend out on paints if you do not have many. Follow the instructions carefully and this will build into an impressive model, with the option of fitting led lighting if you are able, due to Revell leaving space. Very good value for money considering the amount of work and enjoyment you should get.

Looks OK when finished.
This is typical Revell - it fits where it touches. The model is interesting and completes to a reasonable finish.

Awesome build
I’m pretty new to the hobby, but loved the details of this kit, was unwell and off work when I built it, it still took two weeks to complete, would definitely recommend this.
