This coffee comes from the Medellin region. The national cooperative "Federación Nacional de Cafeteros de Colombia" determines for each harvest which beans receive the "Supremo" designation for the highest quality and which receive the "Excelso" designation for smaller beans. Here we have the highest quality large beans (Supremo 18, washed) of the Arabica Typica / Bourbon variety. Flavor profile: slightly nutty with a full, rounded body, rich aroma with medium to good acidity. This green coffee is suitable for all roasting devices. Please DO NOT roast it as green coffee in electric household grinders or fully automatic grinders (risk of damage)! Our company is GMP certified.
