They come in a nicely insulated cooler frozen internally using Dry Ice. Everything inside is perfectly frozen and stays that way for many days. I've purchased from Omaha for many years and not one shipment was thawed. All perfect. The meats are some of the best I've had in my life.

Good question. Not sure though. I know it is shipped FedEx.
