I'd sacrifice virgins for this thing
Saw this recommended by Youtuber Elliott Hulse to support good posture. Pillows are incredibly unsupportive in general, and even if they are supportive, that fades fast. This is a godsend.Its not super soft material, but the shape of it makes it feel very soft and comfortable. I can sleep on my side without cramming my shoulder and creating superfun morning tension in my neck. I've got very broad shoulders. So I opted for the largest size they have which worked out excellently.I've had it a week, they say it takes getting used to, but it slipped seamlessly into my natural sleep habit. I cant wait to feel the difference in my spine as time goes on.

Neck saver
This pillow has saved my neck! I used to wake up all the time with a stiff neck, unable to turn my head. This pillow has helped tremendously!! I rarely wake with a stiff neck anymore and it's perfect for side sleeping.

Best pillow
Great comfortable support, fills in between mattress & body properly with no gaps or extra pressure bc it is molded correctly. Also NO ODOR from this foam!!!

Not for everybody
If you have cervical spine issues, this may not work for you. It made my neck hurt worse. It didn't fully support my neck. The neck part smushes and doesn't hold its shape.

Wonderful product, but make sure you measure your shoulder/neck as per instructions!
This foam is firm. It is the greatest pillow for proper alignment of the neck and shoulders while side sleeping. Unbeatable. A little on the pricey side.

Good for tension relief, but interferes with CPAP masks
I've found this pillow doesn't work the best with a CPAP mask on due to the head cavity interfering with the mask straps, HOWEVER in the event that I have developed a cervicogenic headache (or neck headache), the neck and spine support of this pillow does work very well in alleviating some of the tension. I'm able to lay on my back and relax into the form and have my tense muscles ease up.Perhaps over some time I will give it another try with my mask on, but it's good to know I can use it as a relief system.
