Q: Which one is for 4 stroke 1 cylinder 2p1r?

If you have a battery (electric start/lights), use 2P1r. If no battery then 1P2r. I'm using this on a KLX140RF (which has a battery) at 2P1r and it's accurate.

Q: Does it come with double stick tape?

Mine did not but came with a mounting bracket.

Q: Will this work in twin cylinder engine?

Yes I believe it will. Just hooks to one spark plug lead
