Nice, durable. The perfect pop up trash can for our pop up camper.
This product is very durable and we love it. I think a leaf bag would be better as you can use a kitchen bag but it just barely fits in the holders and there is space then around the bag where you could accidently get the can itself dirty by missing the bag when throwing something away. We haven't had it long but we have used it several times already both for camping and even taking to a picnic event where we set up our own canopy and tables and wanted a closer trash can for our group's use. It is very light so it is a good idea to anchor it down either by using tent stakes or my husband once put a block of wood in the bottom of it to hold it in place. I like the pockets and I try to keep extra bags in it. Perfect also for camping due to the convenience to zip it up. We usually empty our trash in the evening while camping but if we have a little after that point we can zip it up to keep out the wild life. I would still worry about leaving food in it because durable or not I have little doubt a raccon would have much problem ripping into it if he found a reason.

Replacing old one
This purchase is to replace a 15 year old can. We use this for camping, they are durable, stand without issue. I think the clips fell off the first summer, but office binder clips work great. Zips up and folds up with ease at end of camping trip. Hoping the quality of our replacement is same as previous purchase.

Good trashcan for camping
This is a good trash can for camping. It collapses easily and has clips to hold it together for storage. This one also has clips inside to clip the trash bags to so that the receptacle can be zipped shut to prevent smell and critters from getting into it easily.

Pop Up Trash!
OK, not so much the trash popping up as the container. I got tired of tying trash bags to trees and poles only to have them fall when full (even when resting on the ground). This container works really well and has been a great solution for multiple camping trips already. Two more clips on the inside to hold the bag open would have bumped this up to five stars. As is, you have to be a little careful dropping the trash into the bag. Using a trash bag band around the top easily solves that problem but then precludes being able to zip the container shut to keep out inquisitive critters. By no means claw or bite proof but so far, the only time we had an issue was when we left it unzipped while on a hike and the squirrels had a buffet.

I love these trashcans!!
I originally purchased two thinking they would be great for an upcoming beach trip for out on the deck so we don't have to go back inside a million times a day (everyone keeps their cooler right next to them 24/7, right?) or down on the beach (with stakes), and after using one of them on a recent camping trip, I'm confident that these trashcans will be the cat's meow. Here's the lowdown - the grommets are placed well, and although we didn't have to use them, I'm sure that they will work perfectly to stake them to the sand or ground. The cans have little clips inside to hold up your trash bag, and they hold it well, no issues with the bag falling in. The lid can be zipped closed while the trashcan is in use, so it will be awesome on windy days at the beach. It's super easy to fold the cans back up, and they take up such little space. I used 33 gal trash bags which fit fine (I forget what the suggested size is, but we already had a box of 33 - you should be able to get away with smaller). The only thing I'd like to point out is that they say there is a plastic flap on the top to store extra bags -- its not sealed at the though, and I was afraid they would fall out, so I just folded a couple bags and put them inside the can itself and zipped it up. My boyfriend makes fun of me for how much I love these stupid trashcans, but after years going to the beach and just clipping a trashbag to a chair or umbrella and having it flap around in the wind, I'm pretty excited to have a proper trash vessel to use!

Works great as a kerosene heater cover.
Works amazing for what I'm using it for. I am not using it as a trash can or recycling bin. I got a kerosene heater and it works perfect as a carrying case.

Trash can
I purchased this to have in my RV. It is very lightweight and folds flat. It is perfect for traveling if you’re needing to be compact. When I stop and camp, II purchased this to have in my RV. It is very lightweight and folds flat. It is perfect for traveling if your needing to be compact. When I stop and camp, I can pop it out and it holds a good size trash bag. I use one also for dirty clothes. It’s very easy to have over the side for items to be tossed into.
