A massive Thank you
This review is more about the amazing customer service and product support I have just received.I have had an issue regarding the sd card needing reformatting. I sent and email over a weekend and yes Monday morning a received a reply. Many emails were exchanged with advice. Alas these didn’t resolve the issue. It was agreed that Potensic Germany would send out another body. This arrived at my UK address within 48hrs. I would like to personally thank Ruby who has been nothing but excellent. Even sending me the YouTube links on how sync controller to drone.A great product backed by a great support network.10/10
