Q: How do I put it in pairing mode so I can connect to different devices?

Once the earbuds are paired to a device they will automatically connect to the paired device when you take them out from the charging case. If you need to pair them to a different device you need to remove or disconnect them manually from the first device then pair them to a bew device.

Q: Are they touch control?

Yes. The earbuds are touch control.

Q: Is there at least a limited warranty on this product? Product stop working less than 3o days of purchasing them.

I got mine on June 16th and Amazon says they are eligible for return until July 15th. So about a 30 day return window. Hope this helps

Q: How do you turn the volume up?

While the sound is playing you can use the phone side buttons to turn the volume up or down.
