Q: If I was to use a paper roll of 2.72m wide what would the overall width be with the mount? I am very short on space so want to make sure it will fit.

You just need 15 cms on each side, means 3.02 m.

Q: I f was to use a 1.35 paper would i have room for this system the space is 1.70 meters and would i need a pole to go through the rolls

It'll be tight, but I think you'll just about fit it in

Q: Does the hooks come with screws to screw into the wall? If not how do I get them?

I did not use the hooks, so I don't know how to attach them to the wall. There are three bolts which came with the rollers, but I wouldn't know how to use them. Sorry I cannot help you there. The rollers, chains and weights work well. Just be gentle with the chains. The links can detach themselves, but easy to re-attach them.
