I thought this air purifier would be good but there were no replacement filters available when buying it. That would mean that once the filter is done, the unit would be useless. I tried to get new filters several times unsuccessfully. My first review expressed my disappointment. However, Nuwave Customer Support contacted me and asked how they could make this right. I asked for two new filters and they promptly sent them for free. I like a company that is pro- active and wants customers to be satisfied. So now that I have replacement filters, I can wholeheartedly recommend this product. It is very quiet and nice looking as well.

I didn't know how dirty the air was in my home until I bought 1 of these. Works great and made the air in my house even fresher. Love love love it

The 2 lowest settings are very quiet and you don’t even notice it’s on. Its higher setting is the loudest and moves the most air. I have had this installed for a month now, filter has lots of dog hair in it from sitting in the second setting.

I like that this is light weight and easy to use. Only one filter included. Disappointed with that it’s not easy to find a spare. First two levels quiet. Third level very noisy but it moves a lot of air. Seems to defuse orders and clean air effectively. I will recommend and plan to purchase a second for a bedroom.
