Orange Ninja Knife Sharpner
Easy to use. Works ok. Does a fair job of sharpening. Have used it on serval knives and still have to use a steel to acquire a really sharp edge.

Works quite well over most expensive stones
The handle, once you get used to it, is actually quite decent. Compared to those $200+ stones that you need to know how to use just to sharpen your blades properly along with the time, and I still find many extremely lacking even into the $4800 category. This is quite effective. I've used it more than a handful of and times and plan to purchase more as a chef in the kitchen. Quick and efficient devices takes a burden off our shoulders especially during or after rush hours. It's already provided a better cut overall and minimal effort. 15 degrees to cleanly cut meat without dulling or chipping the blade and it offers a 12 degree cut among many, wish it offered a 7 or a 3 for dishes that require a very finite touch but for what it's worth, it's worth it's weight in platinum. Plan on purchasing more in the future, especially if you go with a "Chef" version as it's on par with honing steel rods.

Best tool I found
This is the best of the manual sharpeners which I found. The real trick is to get in the habit of sitting with that and some of your knives on your in front of the TV or doing nothing on the porch. You need to get some use out of that idle time don't you?

I was surprised how easy it is to use and how well it sharpened my knives.

Good product! Worked wonders with my chef’s knife, not so much with the santoku!
The media could not be loaded. Easy to use, compact and good build quality! Took less than a minute to sharpen my chef’s knife with the standard 18 deg setting. Switched to 15 deg for the santoku. This did not work as well with the paper test, but it works where it counts : cutting fruit and veg!
