I did my first Camino without this and my feet were so sore and covered in blisters. friend of my recommended this as he was blisters free so the next year I used it and was blisters free. though if your are doing a long hiking trip apply this before you start your walk and then when you have a lunch break air your feet re apply and if you can change your socks your will take me later

Used this when walking around America, all day, no blisters. Only criticism would be the stick falls out of the holder. Smells great though
