Men's Hair Fiber Pomade | Water-Soluble | Diverse Styling & Slick-backs. 125ml

I have spent a lot of money over the years buying high end products. Nothing really ticked all the boxes. I did some research on the key ingredients that work for me and found this.I previously tried a range of products from American Crew, Baxters of California, O'Douds, Bumble and Bumble, Lush, to name but a few. This modestly priced little known product is better than all of themI have curly hair, dirty fair (dark blonde) in colour. Most products either leave it dry and fluffy like Gene Wilder's or make it look greasy and weighed down, not to mention a dirty brown colour.I don't know who works out the formulas for Vines Vintage, but they really know what they're doing - Fiber Pomade is to me the perfect product.I don't know why they called it Fiber Pomade, as to me it more closely resembles a water based gel pomade.Apply damp and it is kind of foamy, easy to style with. Give it a gentle blast with the hair dryer to build volume.You can add another wee bit as a finisher if you like.Imparts a subtle, natural looking shine and does not really darken my hair.The hold is incredible and best of all, it is re-workable. I am astounded at its volume building capabilities.Previously, I would have required two different products to achieve a look and hold like this one does alone.I am seriously considering throwing every other product out and am tempted to stock up on a lifetime supply of this, in case they ever discontinue it.You will not see some YouTube celeb using this, as Vines does not have the brand profile of some of the mainstream ones, but the ingredients are the best in this and I am astounded at the price.It is not just good for the price, it is better than anything I can think of over the years.Today I used it in extreme wind and rain. My hair moved gently, without going mad and all over the place. I was able to gently move it back into place with my fingers. I have also been able to restyle it throughout the day without noticing any less hold in the product - it does not seem to brush out. It seems to be water soluble and moisturising.I would describe the effect of going from Gene Wilder-esque fluffiness to Dickie Greenleaf esque defined loose curls.The scent is Neroli, also known as Orange Blossom or Orange Flower. Very clean and natural.Please give it a go and if you do please review so we can make sure Vines keeps making this incredible product.

Hard hold. A little goes a long way.Barbershop 💈 type smell.Good stuff.

The hold is fantastic, and it has quite a natural matte look to it. The smell is quite cheap though and lasts, so people could think you have a poor taste in aftershave.

Perfect buy, great price….great service and does what it’s supposed too. Smells amazing too!!
