Q: What are ALL of the ingredients? I cannot find it anywhere?

Aqua,prunus amygdalus dulcis oil, isopropyl myristate, propylene glycol, boswellia serrata oil, triethanalamin,acrylates/C10-30 alkyl acrylate cross-polymer, phenoxyethanol, methylparaben,rosmarinus officinalis leaf oil, butylparaben, ethylparaben, isobutylparaben, propylparaben, alcohol denat, heterotheca inuloides flower extract, limonene, caramel. Took this list of ingredients off my jar hope this helps.

Does not say. Does include it in a list of ingredients. Made in Switzerland. My wife had arthritis in right and left thumb and could not bend them. One is now sorted and the other improving after using this product over two years.

Q: is there a version of this cream that does NOT contain parabens?

You could just buy plain oil of Boswellia. Then no ParaBend Es and you’d have 100% boswellia. It’s natural oil form the Boswellis plant. Any aromatherapy outlet should have it.

Q: How often can you use the incense cream can you use too much

I use this cream a lot about 4 times a day and it helps me with my knees I have had 4 pots of this so far x and I would say to anyone buying it go for it it has helped my osteoarthritous knees amazingly xxx
