Did a great job of masking the small gouge the electrician accidentally made when replacing my hob. I applied it with a polyfilla spatula and cleaned the excess with acetone. You have to work quickly as it dries fast, and it's thick - not sure how easy it would be to get a good finish on a larger area. Great colour match for my 80s beech worktops!

I have been experimenting with different colours and on different types of hole with this product. Overall I have been disappointed.Getting the correct shade is difficult. I tried five different shades of white before I got the right one to match the melamine faced chipboard I was using.The product does shrink. I used three separate layers to fill in some screw holes and it seemed perfect at the time but two weeks later there was a noticeable depression where it had shrunk back and also there was a fine crack around the circumference of the hole.My overall impression is that this product is far from ideal but on the other hand it is the best product I have so far found to replace resin or melamine work surfaces. If you do have a damaged work surface then give it a go but you will probably not get a totally invisible mend.

Product gives good adhesion strength (using recessed clamping bars) with filling properties to get a near seemless countertop joint. I was looking for a dark brown, this Mocha colour came up a little lighter than I thought but did the job with a little darker touching up. Thinking back, I would have just gone for black for the short section of top extension I had put in.

Ideal for covering up small scratches. Easy to use highly recommended

It does what it says but my husband said he feels though he can only give it 4stars.
