This is the most complete charger I have seen. Once installed, all you see if a sticker on the desktop, No cords or charging disk. Nothing to knock off the desk or break.This charger charges my phone with no visible charging unit or cords.When opening the box I was surprised at all the parts. First was a Company card with links to the company and installation video. Next was the manual, the bracket, the stickers and the charging disk. Below all that was the cable and USB Adapter. The USB Adapter is a 18W USB Charger/Adapter. The stickers, one with electronics in it and the other to put on top to indicate where the phone goes to charge. There is also this cool "Alignment Assistant", a Wireless Locator that tells you where on top of the desk is exactly where the charge is located. This Locator has 6 LEDs and they light up based on where it is located, if all are lit then you are dead center over the charger, pretty cool.One thing I did not expect was that you cannot just place the phone directly on the charger, it needs to be below the desktop. PS: they tell you thin in the instructions.To start I cleared off an area where I normally place my phone. I then removed the backing from the mounting tape of the bracket and placed it under the desk at that location. Next plug the USB Adapter into the wall and attach the provided cable from the USB Adapter to the charging pad. What I did next was place the Power Sticker on the desk with the "Alignment Indicator" on top of it, centered. I slowly moved it around until all 6 LEDs lit up. I put a few pencil marks on the desk to indicate where to put the Power Disk. Then removed the backing from the Disk and placed it between the pencil marks. I put my phone over the Power Disk and my phone started charging.It was fairly simple to install and align the Power Sticker, with the aid of the Alignment Sticker.This cost the same or a little less than other Desktop Wireless Chargers that I have tried. They were always getting knocked off the desk, has a pesky cable and were just inconvenient to use. By far this is the best value and a lot easier to use. I just move whatever over and place the phone on the Power Sticker.I currently use this on my desk and we are thinking about getting more, one for the nightstand and another for the table at the end of the couch where we watch TV.Overall this is a great charger and reasonably prices, simple to install and use. There is nothing in the way and it keeps my phone charged.

I bought two to charge my AirPod Pro 2 headsets that no longer charge via cable due to age and wear. This bypasses the cable limitation and keeps them charged. Obviously slower than a cable, but it does a great job with an interesting installation that allows just a marker to show you where to place the device. I have also used it without the guide in an area where there is no option as to where to set the device, and you can tell if it's charging based on the lights on the device.

My desktop is about 1 and 1/8" inch thick and the power is able to make it through just fine along with the supplied charging mat. You do need to make sure to place your phone in the proper spot, but it isn't too difficult once you get the hang of it. If your desktop is any thicker than mine, you might want to consider getting a more powerful charger. Overall, I love how this charger helps keep the clutter off my desk.

Works well, good build quality, easy to install. I installed it above the drawer in my sideboard, underneath the top part - below the 1/2" thick solid wood top.It charges my phone wirelessly (through the wood) without any issue.

The media could not be loaded. After doing lots of testing on this product, I can confirm that it is not very good at all. I bought two of them for custom shelves where I cut recessed spaces underneath to hide the charger and minimize the material between the phone and charger.It worked for a small amount of time but my Samsung S24 (and all other models I have tried) is causing it to blink red and whir noisily. I am not risking anything by pouching its limits. I have had really bad luck with this seller having tried another one that I bought while this current one was working.This product advertises 15W max but the box it came in says 10W so that is incorrect and misleading.There are no fixes that I can troubleshoot and I am past my return window, so I figured a scathing review would do the job to help others.The coaster in the video is 13mm thick.

Great concept and thought this would be great for my sit/stand desk. Followed the instructions and installed it. But it's hard to find the sweet spot for my iPhone charging. The iPhone prompts often (like when you first place it on the charger) and makes me wonder whether it is being charged or not. And charging speed is slow. I find myself continuing to use the lightning cable for the assurance that is being charged and the charging speed.

Easy to install. Charges my Samsung quickly through a 3/4" wood desk just fine without having to use the power sticker.

Charger works really fast. It looked confusing to put together at first, but once installed it's super convenient.
