Wow! This stuff really does work! Even as a novice guitarist I noticed the improvement!

Works well -while it lasts
This works well to lubricate and clean guitar strings, but I find it soon runs dry. But do not rush to throw away the plastic box and applicator, simply replenish by adding a few drops of white mineral oil (liquid paraffin). A cheap and green solution!Peter

It's a sponge!!
Empty tin with a sponge applicator. Not what I thought. I thought the tin would contain a solution or similar to apply with the sponge applicator. Very misleading. My sponge applicator seemed dry. VERY DISSAPPOINTED. Over priced and not value for money.

Neat and effective cleaner
Easily fits in even a mandolin case accessory compartment. Really does 'restore' mildly grungy strings and extend useful life. Will not bring totally dead strings back to life, of course, there are limits.... I have used one now for around 5 months, and it is still fresh and moist - do not over-use! Once every couple of weeks is enough. Keep sealed within the tin when not being used otherwise it will dry out very quickly.

Great product that made a noticeable difference to the feel and resistance of the strings.
I must admit I was a bit sceptical when I got this but it really does make the strings have less finger noise and a smoother faster action with both plectrum or finger style. I used it on the classical, electric and acoustic guitars and it made a noticeable difference to the strings on all three. Really pleased with it.
