It rather depends on how dry your hair is! Generally I use conditioner.

Because it's more difficult to buy through a chemist.

Does it say on the label whether it is cruelty free?

No. I have checked the box, bottle and leaflet. Unfortunately there is no mention if it is cruelty free.

No it doesn’t however it does wonders to curing dandruff (Mine was bad so I used it every day until the shampoo cured it, now I just used it once in a while. Try not to get the Shampoo into your eyes.

I am so glad to find this product available again in UK. I have not been able to get it since pre 2017 at least. After just a couple of uses, my Head and Scalp feel and look so much better. I had been getting this on prescription for many years, without this product, my scalp went back to sores, dandruff and itching so bad I thought there was an army of bugs crawling in my hair.
