The GOAT
Its my favourite hot sauce, it pairs with everything, Pizza, Wings, Chillis, Fajiatas etc, whenever you need to give a dish a good level of heat and flavour, this is my go to.I'm probably about 10 bottles in at this point, nothing compares

What a Character!
I love this hot sauce. The sauce has natural ingredients which is a winner and tastes amazing. The sellers are amazing as well. Please use the same packaging method for your future deliveries so it becomes damage proof.Thank you for sending me a new bottle since the first bottle was damaged during delivery.

Good flavour, but VERY thin.
So, I like my spice. I go to around 1mil (and above) on the Scoville scale, often. Now, I'm not sure where this stacks up on the scale, but it's in the realm of a low Medium. Something around the level of a good Madras, curry. Flavour-wise, you get some nice heat, with a hint of ginger. I've had it a few times, and I'm still really enjoying it. No bad after taste, or bad underlying notes. If you don't want a not too spicy sauce, this is NEARLY an excellent choice. So, what ruins it? It's consistency. It's FAR too thin. I've eaten thicker soup. This is so thin, it just sloshes around, on a plate of chips. It's more like a spicy salad dressing, than a sauce. To make things worse. Because it's so thin, you want to add more. Which means that you go through the bottle quicker than other sauces.

Just buy it.
Honestly, it's so good. Solid spice level, but the taste is where the good good is at. the ginger makes it sing. You won't regret it.

Not very hot but very tasty
Not very hot but very nice flavour. It has a really nice balance between heat and an array of flavours to accompany any meal. It’s a nice sauce but way too expensive for what it is. I’ll stick to my £1 Jamaican hot pepper sauces for now.

Makes my mouth water!
Bought this after watching hot ones. It’s got a decent heat to it, and the mixture of ginger and fruity bell and scotch bonnet peppers is really very good. A unique flavour and just opening the bottle and smelling it makes my mouth water! Recommend it without hesitation.

Low heat with a thin consistency
I've started trying out hot sauces from the YouTube show Hot Ones, and came across this one on Amazon, so thought I'd give it ago. The Queen Majesty scotch bonnet and ginger hot sauce was #4 of the 10 hot sauces in season 4, and apparently one of Sean Evan's favourites. It is 9,000 on the Scoville Scale for anyone wondering. It was nearly £10, which is quite expensive for a hot sauce, but one I wanted to try. Unfortunately the one I was sent has a massive crack in the lid, but the seller kindly sent out a replacement with no issues. The heat is fairly low, it has a small kick but it doesn't last and is very minimal I find. I do like my spice so I can handle much hotter than this. As for the flavour, I honestly think this tastes a bit like gherkins (which I like!), it's the only thing I can really relate it to. The consistency is very thin, which isn't my favourite as I prefer a thicker sauce, but it's still enjoyable.I've been having this with my veggie burgers etc and it complements it well. The colour is a vibrant yellowy-orange which will brighten up any food. The price might be a little offputting, but I'm enjoying the sauce and will probably look at hotter ones.
