These heel hole preventers are the best that I’ve found. They are strong yet thin so they don’t add bulk to the inside heel area. You won’t even know they are in the heel of your shoes.

I seem to wear out the heel liner for running shoes and hiking shoes. I found these "tapes" to cover the tears and now the shoes are like new. I can't feel them in the shoes and they blend in with the black/dark liners in my shoes. I intend to use them at the first sight of wear in the future to add protection from wear.

I broke my left ankle back in 2020. I had to have a fusion of the ankle bones. For some reason, the heels are getting holes where the fabric has torn in all my left shoes. I bought these and I am glad I did. Thin but hard-wearing. Manufactured from a thin but very hard-wearing material that is abrasion and tear-resistant. Acts as reinforcement to prevent the soft cushioned area from being damaged due to heel rub. These pads adhere well, be very careful when applying because once stuck down it is nearly impossible to remove. Suitable for all shoe sizes. Each pack contains 2 patches. The overall size of each patch is 120 x 50mm. If a specific shape is required the patches can be trimmed to suit. It has been a very good solution for repairing heels of shoes.

These work way better than the Engo patches. The better application method probably makes the difference; regardless, they stick well to my running shoes and are already lasting longer. A very good product, IMO!

The experience was disappointing as it did not stick properly.In fact it further ruined my shoe as i had to remove it and discard.

This is a well made product that will extend the life of your shoes. I always wear out the insoles before the outside of the shoes, thanks to this product I have doubled the life of my shoes.

Did not prevent blisters.k
