First of all, this is a good price for 60 capsules. Also as a pcos girly, I swear this has helped my cycles to be more normal because I was Vitamin D deficient before and now I feel like I’m not. My hair is not shedding like crazy anymore. Also, my energy doesn’t dip anymore either so I know this has been working really great for me. I’m a lifelong buyer of this brand now! Great ingredients in all the supplements and a trustworthy brand.

Great supplement to take during the winter months. I’ve been taking this for about 2 months now and I feel much better mentally. Not sure if it’s just the supplement itself but with taking other things from this line I feel much happier overall. No smell and easy to swallow. The price is affordable!

Too soon to tell if it actually works but assuming because I never see the light of day besides maybe 10 minutes during the Winter, I was willing to give it a shot. I understand it’s only a month worth of vitamin d but honestly for the price it’s kinda hard to beat, especially for the ingredient quality & a glass bottle?? My local cvs, Walmart and ingles collectively wanted $20-30 for a vitamin d supplement and sure there may be like 10 more pills in the bottle but a lot of the brands at my local stores had seed oils, maldextrose, a couple even had sugars for some reason. Idk I’m not like most people and care that deeply about the ingredients but seeing how cheap a product like this can be and how the ingredients are compared to other brands are, I can just tell these companies are cheating us. I appreciate what this man does for the community of us that want to be healthy thriving human beings.
