The media could not be loaded. Installing was a breeze… the chandelierIs gorgeous.However, a lot of pieces are broken and missing I would definitely not recommend purchasing because you may be disappointed when the package arrives with missing and broken parts.

Very bad product
The product is defective and instructions and wires all mixed up. Document say N blue and blue wire is labeled as L. Complete mess. The light holders golden color is coming out too. Never will recommend this product.

Won't work for all homes.
You should make note that the screw holes to hang this light are 10 inches apart. The screw holes in my home fixture is 3 inches apart. We considered drilling holes and making this work but it was so flimsy we thought it may not be secure if we did that. I was sad because these lights seem really nice. We did return for a refund. If you have an older home, this may not be the lights for you. I gave this 3 stars because there was nothing in the description telling this and it was a lot of hassle to have to return.
