Unit has never sounded right while running, husband has been trying to fix it with no avail. Almost seems as if we received a unit that was used. Of course it’s past the return window😡

I’ve had this A/C for only a few days, and it already stopped working—not even during the hottest days coming to Texas. I’m sending this unit back because it has already failed me, and now I have to deal with the hassle of returning it and getting my money back before I can replace it with a brand that won’t stop working. Do your research and make your own decision when purchasing this brand and A/C, but it has definitely failed me.

The description leads you to believe this unit has the control box for single or multizone operation with a thermostat but that is NOT the case. These are the basic units with NO CONTROL BOX and are for use as a manual a/c unit with the added lower unit with the knobs - they WILL NOT work with a thermostat or multi-zone. Now I have to decide if we spend the extra money (will cost more buying separately) for the control boxes so we can use thermostats or if we return these units and get the correct ones.

Replaced my older one. Got this because it was recommended for temperature to be colder and more efficient

This unit is not set up for zone thermostat. I hade a thermostat and control box. Miss leading information.
