I think they help me. I wouldn't say they don't, but I'm not sure what to expect with them. I take them as I believe they benefit my gut and I'll continue to order them

Of course you can’t directly correlate much when it comes to gut health but since taking this for a couple of months my digestion feels noticeably better, and is as good as it’s ever been. So I’m ordering more and would recommend it.

I have been taking probiotics for quite a few years now, I think they help my immune system and stop me feeling bloated and sluggish. I had not heard of the N2 Natural Nutrition brand prior to receiving this product and have not used their products before. Each dose of the capsules contains 6 strains of good bacteria, with 40 billion CFU. The capsules are easy to swallow and did not cause any adverse effects the dosage advice is to take 2 capsules per day. I tend to take my supplements Monday to Friday, after eating and not at the same time as hot beverages (wait at least half an hour). Current selling price works out at £0.44 per day, if you take a 2 capsule dose, which is fairly good value when compared to some other brands available.

N2 Natural Nutrition is an excellent brand of intestinal probiotics and prebiotics and digestive enzymes. These vegan Women's Symbiotics get to work restoring the lactobacillus balance of the gut. These probiotics for women in capsule form contain 50 Billion CFU. Produced in the EU to a high standard, this is a premium product with 60 days' supply. Expensive, at £0.37 per capsule, even with the 10% discount, but they do work. The Amazon page is excellent.

I have used probiotics to such a good effect in the past, but it makes a difference as to what type of micro bacterial your stomach is missing for this product to work well. Some probiotics will have an equal amount of each one, and often this type will give you the effect you are wanting unless you stomach needs a general boost.I went to see an allergic specialist and was tested and I was able to find out exactly what was happening in my stomach. My issue was that my stomach was deficient of particular type, so taking capsules that contained the missing probiotic was the key to saving my stomach.This particular product has an even spread of various types to probiotics, so unfortunately I have not seen any significant improvement.
