TEN (10) STARS. BUY THIS BRAND!!!!
BUY THIS BRAND!!! We purchased three different sets of mirror glass replacements from Amazon for our 2007 LEXUS RX350 figuring one set could be better and we would return the other two. OMG!!! Were we SO lucky we purchased these. They are LEXUS Quality and LEXUS Fit. The other ones glue or stick on and do not fit right and look trashy. They are not true replacements. It was so very easy to replace and our car is Safe and we are able to see again! First one took 25 minutes, second one took 10 minutes. There is an Outstanding YouTube video "Mirror glass replaced (Toyota/LEXUS)" that walks you through it. It is actually easier than YouTube makes it look. Once you get your small screw driver up in the spot you can pry hard (be sure you are in the right spot) and the mirror pops out easy!TIPS: 1.). Tilt the mirror to the maximum up angle with the mirror controls with the mirror centered in the mirror opening (left/right), 2.) Push the mirror ASSEMBLY/HOUSING forward as they are "break away" mirrors (don't be afraid) and the whole thing will swing out forward and away from the car door given you much more room to work and see, 3.) Spray silicone from a spray can with the little red tube up under the bottom of the mirror in the direction of the clips you see in the YouTube and on the back of your new replacement mirror, 4.) On assembly of new mirror, use silicone grease like the video or spray a small amount of the spray silicone on the lower snap points and the upper taps just to make it all go to together easier, 5,) When you think you are done, tug on the bottom (gently) of the new mirror to make sure the two snap points went in. If not, just repeat and you will get it, 6.) On disassembly, I just cut the connector on the single clip wire that is for the "auto dimming" as you will not be using that. The two other identical wires are for the mirror heat and can go on either stud during reassembly.NOTE: The "auto dimming" feature is not included in these new mirrors, but the Heated Mirror feature is. The "auto dimming" is what failed and clouded up your mirror. You can live without it and your mirrors will never get cloudy again.

Fit perfectly for my 2005 RX330
I bought and installed the driver side mirror first, then bought and installed this passenger side mirror. With the experience on the first one, it’s a lot easier and quicker to install this one. Wife was very happy now.

Fit to my RX350 2007 but careful when installation
It is very suitable for my RX350 2007, the glass is clear. However, during installation, there are two vertical rods that need to be taken out from the original and moved to the new. It needs to extra care to prevent the plastic clips in the back of the lens will cracking.
