Light
This light is BRIGHT! It works extremely well.. it has made my gazebo as useful outside spaceIt's pretty much made the gazebo a summer extension for the house. Would definitely recommend for anybody that needed a light when they don't have a mains source. The photos doesn't do the light justice.

Great little light for a south-facing porch
I bought this to use as a porch light for my south-facing house, knowing I could place the solar panel in direct sun for most of each day, and avoid having to run mains wiring from inside the house. It was pretty easy to mount the solar panel on the front wall of the house, and then I used some small cable clips that I already had to run the cable up the door post and around into the porch area. I used the plastic clip provided to hang the lamp itself from the back of the arch over my porch, just above the front door. The only criticism I have is that the instructions do not stress enough how long you need to leave it to charge before first use, nor do they clearly state whether it will charge when switched off. I ended up worrying it didn't work, until I tried turning it off and on again late at night, and it did come on for a few minutes. I can only assume it needs a good strong sunny day to get the battery charged up to begin with.

Fantastic light
We had far more expensive solar lights under our pergola which looked great but stopped working a few months in as the solar panel was tiny. The solar panel on this light is very big and so it works incredibly well. We’ve had the light up for a month, even during a storm, and it has held up remarkably well. It is very bright and stays on all night! I do wish the cage was larger but it is a great light as it is too.

Very bright
Love this. I haven't used the remote yet, but I love the size and ease of use and it's very bright in my little shed

Does the job
I was tired of having to turn on and off, and paying for the light in my gazebo, this sorted it, it still requires additional lights to make it super cozy, but so far loving it.
